Returns are easy, and for most returns there’s no need to contact us. You may return any of the following items for a full refund – minus the credit card processing charge*. Items that are returned more than 05 days after delivery, are in usable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
*Our processing company charges approximately 5%.
Cancelled on that particular day during that muhurth time due to any reason from the devotes side. Notice of cancellation must be made prior via e-mail or call. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 2 working days and fees refunded within 7 to 14 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.
