In rare cases, delays might occur due to uncontrollable circumstances like natural calamities. However, we always try our level best to ensure the delivery within 9 AM every day.
In case the ordered item(s) does not reach the Clients within 9 AM, we will offer a full refund on the day package.
However, in case of package for which we do not have delivery details, we will assume on good faith that the package delivery was not attempted and we will refund the entire amount after a month from our shipping date.
In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong address provided by the Clients at the time of placing order, we can redeliver your order, only after receiving an email or call of the correct address from you.
